The advertising campaign was developed to promote the popular wedding planner’s new line of engagement rings, sold exclusively at Sears.
I was tasked with building the promotional header using Flash ActionScript 3.0 and XML. Updates, along with the altering of the other sections of the project, used HTML and CSS.
The project was one in a series of seven jewelry brand pages. The entire development of the project was left to me and includes a fun and engaging Flash slider for the main hero space.
Utilized a JS ‘lookbook’ showcasing the collection, and the ‘top picks’ section that displays the top selling items; with image, title, star rating and pricing that is dynamically pulled in using JavaScript and the Sears custom API.
The Kmart Back to School experience promoted the 2010 school season with the products sold by Kmart.
The campaign was meant to create a fun and interactive way to shop for all your back to school essentials. It was built using Flash ActionScript 3.0.
This micro site was used as part of the Kmart Holiday 2010 promotions. It was designed to make holiday shopping easy by creating a clean, and user-friendly experience. It grouped favorite holiday gifts together in one spot.
I developed the seven pages using HTML and CSS and to ensure its compatibility across a wide variety of browsers.
The Tradition Charms project was another one in the series of jewelry brand pages. I built a one page promotional brand page to advertise the collection of charms. The hero space was constructed using Flash Actionscript 3.0.
The navigation was designed for quick access to specific categories and the ‘top picks’ section that displays the top selling items; with image, title, star rating and pricing that is dynamically pulled in using JavaScript and the Sears custom API.

This portfolio site displays a gallery of paintings by Mary Kate Johnson. The animated menu is constructed in AS 3.0 with a default navigation in HTML/CSS underneath, for visitors that do not have the flash player.
The gallery was built with jQuery, creating a smooth, user-friendly experience, easily viewed on all devices.
This portfolio site presents the UX Design work of Ed. Like much of the work that I do, I worked directly with the designer on this site.
The designer constructed what the site would look like and handed the PSDs over to me. I then proceeded to construct the actual site in preparation for the web, while implementing JS functionality used in the hero slider and project rollovers.
