I'm currently a jr web designer/front-end developer doing contract work for a variety of clients in Florida and California focusing on client side scripting. I have strong working experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript. I am quickly heightening my skills in FLASH design, development and open source publishing platforms such as Wordpress.
My enthusiasm for digital media stems from the dexterity of it being informative, entertaining, and even interactive, thus creating a rich and engaging user-centered experience. It allows me to work and learn from other professionals in the field and related fields. It is an ever changing media, always pushing one to stay up to date on the latest industry standards and social trends and challenging one to come up with new and innovative methods that will communicate the material in the most clear and effective way.
It is my goal to keep learning and apply current and future technologies to the work that I do. I believe Web Development is a collaborative effort rather than the domain of a designated web developer.
